Baseball Recap: JW North Takes a Loss

JW North lost against Moreno Valley back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Huskies lost 10-2 to the Vikings.

JW North saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jason Anderson, who went 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

JW North has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-11-1 record this season. As for Moreno Valley, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season.

While JW North had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday.
