Basketball Recap: Normangee Gets the Win

It's playoff time, and Normangee had no trouble coming through when it counted. They escaped with a win on Friday against the Mildred Eagles by the margin of a single free throw, 62-61. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

Normangee's record now sits at 28-4. As for Mildred, their defeat dropped their record down to 19-9.

Looking ahead, Normangee will take on Shelbyville on Monday. Shelbyville will roll in looking for their 19th straight victory, something Normangee surely won't give up without a fight. Mildred does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
