Baseball Recap: Bland County Falls to Fort Chiswell in First Game of Season

Bland County unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They lost 20-0 to the Fort Chiswell Pioneers on Tuesday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

Looking ahead, Bland County will be playing at home against Craig County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Fort Chiswell, they are taking a road trip to take on Richlands at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
