After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Arizona College Prep, McClintock was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Metro Tech Knights by a score of 3-1. The victory continues a trend for the Chargers in their matchups with the Knights: they've now won four in a row.

McClintock's win bumped their record up to 13-5. As for Metro Tech, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four matches and leaves them with a 8-8 record.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. McClintock will challenge rival Fairfax at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Metro Tech is set to square off against their familiar foe Alhambra at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
