Soccer Recap: St. Clair County Comes Up Short

St. Clair County managed to keep up with Sylacauga until halftime on Saturday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The St. Clair County Fighting Saints lost 5-0 to the Sylacauga Aggies. The Fighting Saints have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

St. Clair County's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Sylacauga, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-3.

Coming up, St. Clair County will face off against Leeds at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Sylacauga, they will take on Westbrook Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Sylacauga is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.2 goals per game this season.
