Lamar put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their undefeated season alive. They put the hurt on the Bellaire Cardinals with a sharp 7-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Texans, who have now won eight matchups by four goals or more so far this season.

They hit Bellaire with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Nahomy Portillo (4), Brooke Mansour (2), and Delaney Perry.

Lamar pushed their record up to 12-0-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 31 goals over those three games. As for Bellaire, their defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 9-5.

Coincidentally, Lamar and Bellaire will both be playing Houston Math Science & Tech the next time they take the pitch. Lamar will head out to face Houston Math Science & Tech at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Bellaire will head out to face them at 10:00 a.m. on February 15th.
