Baseball Recap: Stone Memorial's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Stone Memorial had to endure a five-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against the Warren County Pioneers & Lady Pioneers by a score of 4-1 on Tuesday. The Panthers' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

The team relied heavily on Talyn Hurd, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI and one stolen base. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Gage Eldridge, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.
