Softball Recap: Magna Vista Comes Up Short

Magna Vista lost against Halifax County on Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Warriors might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 6-2 to the Comets, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Magna Vista now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Halifax County, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Magna Vista will welcome George Washington at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Halifax County, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Tunstall at 5:30 p.m. on the 16th.
