Volleyball Recap: Prince Avenue Christian Comes Up Short

Prince Avenue Christian was the 2-1 winner over Apalachee when they last played one another back in August of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Wolverines fell 2-0 to the Wildcats on Thursday.

Prince Avenue Christian was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Apalachee work for it, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 26-24.

Prince Avenue Christian has been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season. As for Apalachee, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-3.

Looking ahead, Prince Avenue Christian will square off against Athens Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Apalachee, they will take on Walnut Grove at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
