Couch had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Dora on Monday. The Indians put the hurt on the Falcons with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Indians in their matchups with the Falcons: they've now won five in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-11, 25-13.

Chloe Combs paced Couch's offense, picking up 12 kills. Combs got some help from Saphera Smith and her 27 assists. Finally, Combs was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high five blocks.

Couch's record now sits at 23-9-1. As for Dora, they dropped their record down to 5-13-1 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Couch will venture away from home to square off against Bradleyville at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Dora, they will welcome Mansfield at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
