Football Recap: Walsh Jesuit's Victory on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Walsh Jesuit won against Springfield last Friday with 30 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The Warriors beat the Clarkson N North by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 30-6. The Warriors' offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.

The win was the third in a row for Walsh Jesuit, bringing their record up to 3-0. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 8.7 points on average this season. As for Clarkson N, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Walsh Jesuit will head out to square off against St. Ignatius at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Clarkson N, they will take on Catholic Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
