Basketball Recap: Edinburg/South Fork Snaps Three-Game Streak of Losses at Home

On Tuesday, the Edinburg/South Fork Ponies were able to grind out a solid win over Illini Central/Greenview, taking the game 50-42.

Edinburg/South Fork's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 10-7. As for Illini Central/Greenview, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Edinburg/South Fork will venture away from home to take on Greenfield/Northwestern at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Illini Central/Greenview, they will head out to challenge Stark County at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Illini Central/Greenview is facing Stark County at the right time seeing as Stark County is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
