Softball Recap: Bolingbrook Takes a Loss

Bolingbrook was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They fell 6-3 to the Plainfield North Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 17-1 back in April.

Karina Choi was cooking despite her team's loss, earning two runs and three stolen bases.

Bolingbrook's defeat dropped their record down to 4-24. As for Plainfield North, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-16.

Looking ahead, Bolingbrook will square off against Minooka at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Plainfield North, they will challenge Benet Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
