Volleyball Recap: Charles Wright Comes Up Short

After flying high against Chimacum on Monday, Charles Wright came back down to earth. The Tarriers came up short against the Life Christian Academy Eagles on Wednesday, falling 3-0. The Tarriers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Charles Wright has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season. As for Life Christian Academy, they pushed their record up to 4-3 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Charles Wright is set to square off against their familiar foe Vashon Island at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Life Christian Academy will take on rival Klahowya at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
