It was a good run, but Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of the Tri-Valley Vikings by a score of 54-52. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Falcons of the 50-49 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February.
