McCall-Donnelly barely beat Emmett the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Vandals blew past the Huskies 3-0 on Thursday. The Vandals haven't had any issues with the Huskies recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

While McCall-Donnelly won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-23, 25-20.

McCall-Donnelly's victory bumped their record up to 11-8. As for Emmett, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-11.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. McCall-Donnelly will challenge rival Weiser at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Emmett is set to take on their familiar foe Fruitland at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
