Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Rio Litmer stepped things up a notch to give Highlands the 'W'. Litmer threw for 101 yards and three touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes, and also rushed for 43 yards. The effort also marked the most passer rating (150.4) he has had since back in November of 2024.

Litmer and Highlands will face off against Scott County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Bluebirds haven't beaten the Cardinals recently, having gone 0-5 since September of 2015.
