Basketball Recap: Miami Comes Up Short

Miami was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the McLean Tigers, falling 62-42. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Warriors have suffered against the Tigers since November 15, 2016.

Miami's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for McLean, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.

Miami won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Darrouzett at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday. Miami is facing Darrouzett at the right time seeing as Darrouzett is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for McLean, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 53-45 defeat against River Road on the 30th.
