Football Game Preview: Harrisonville Wildcats vs. Pleasant Hill Roosters/Chicks + Official Tickets

The Harrisonville Wildcats will be playing at home against the Pleasant Hill Roosters/Chicks at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

On Friday, Harrisonville was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 33-28 to Odessa.

Harrisonville might have lost, but man, Levi Hall was a machine: he rushed for 79 yards and two TDs, and also threw for 208 yards and one touchdown while completing 82.4% of his passes. A healthy portion of Hall's aerial production (94 yards to be exact) went to Stryker Gilmore.

Meanwhile, Pleasant Hill suffered their closest defeat since November 15, 2024 on Friday. They fell just short of Nevada by a score of 21-19. While losing is never fun, the Roosters/Chicks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri football rankings (they are ranked 174th, while the Tigers are ranked 34th).

Pleasant Hill has also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season. As for Harrisonville, their record now sits at 6-3.
