Football Recap: Perry Comes Up Short Despite Myles Polite's Big Defensive Game + How To Watch

Perry and ALA - Queen Creek squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Perry had to settle for second. They took a 21-13 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Patriots. Having soared to a lofty 43 points in the game before, the Pumas couldn't push the score so high this time.

Perry didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Myles Polite, Devin Sarpy, and Justin Stella picked up one apiece.

ALA - Queen Creek's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Talan Scott, who picked up 35 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Those two receiving touchdowns gave Scott a new career-high. ALA - Queen Creek also got a significant boost from Bobby Nesbit, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 106 yards.

Perry's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6. As for ALA - Queen Creek, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-6.
