East's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Kennett Blue Demons with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Vikings in their matchups with the Blue Demons: they've now won five in a row.

While East might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Kennett scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-19, 25-23.

Sara Fatscher paced East's offense, picking up ten kills. Fatscher got some help from Katie McPeak and her 27 assists. Fatscher and McPeak didn't slow down when it came to serving: they led the team with three apiece.

East's win bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Kennett, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.
