Volleyball Game Preview: Plainview Bulldogs vs. Lubbock Westerners + How To Watch

The Plainview Bulldogs will head out to face off against the Lubbock Westerners at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Plainview will be strutting in after a victory while Lubbock will be coming in after a defeat.

Plainview not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 9th (when they won 3-0). Everything went their way against Caprock as they made off with a 3-0 win.

Plainview's got stronger as the match went on, holding Caprock to fewer and fewer points set over set. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-21, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Lubbock was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 26th straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Coronado.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-18, 23-25, 25-21.

Plainview's victory bumped their record up to 14-19. As for Lubbock, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-31.

Plainview was able to grind out a solid win over Lubbock in their previous matchup back in September, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bulldogs since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
