Basketball Game Preview: Monadnock Huskies vs. Conant Orioles

The Monadnock Huskies will head out to face off against the Conant Orioles at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Monadnock is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last four games.

Last Friday, Monadnock was able to grind out a solid victory over Kearsarge, taking the game 37-29.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Conant's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They took a 47-38 hit to the loss column at the hands of Stevens.

Monadnock is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season. As for Conant, their loss dropped their record down to 6-5.

Monadnock beat Conant 38-26 in their previous meeting back in December of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for Monadnock since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
