Basketball Recap: Pike County Central Takes a Loss

Pike County Central was the 55-33 winner over Belfry when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The Hawks were just a bucket shy of victory on Wednesday and fell 52-51 to the Pirates.

Pike County Central's loss dropped their record down to 11-16-1. As for Belfry, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 9-17-1.

Coming up, Pike County Central will venture away from home to square off against East Ridge at 9:00 a.m. on Friday. Belfry does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
