Dynamic duo of Keli Aschoff and Kaleigh Miller lead Osmond/Randolph to victory

Recap: Osmond/Randolph Hawks vs. Wausa Vikings

The Osmond/Randolph Hawks waltzed into their contest on Monday with two straight wins but they left with three. They strolled past Wausa with points to spare, taking the game 44-25. Osmond/Randolph pushed the score to 38-18 by the end of the third, a deficit Wausa cut but never quite recovered from.

Leading Osmond/Randolph to victory were Keli Aschoff and Kaleigh Miller. Aschoff dropped a double-double on ten points and ten rebounds, while Miller almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 11 rebounds. Aschoff has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last seven times she's played.

Osmond/Randolph's win bumped their record up to 6-14. As for Wausa, they dropped their record down to 4-14 with that loss, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Osmond/Randolph will look to defend their home court on Friday against Stuart at 6:00 p.m. Hopefully Osmond/Randolph focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 16 on Monday. As for Wausa, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Hartington-Newcastle at 6:00 p.m. on February 6th.
