Basketball Recap: Bagley Comes Up Short

Bagley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were outmatched by the Fertile-Beltrami Falcons and fell 85-58. While losing is never fun, the Flyers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 324th, while the Falcons are ranked 114th).

Bagley's defeat dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Fertile-Beltrami, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bagley will face off against Lake Park-Audubon at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Fertile-Beltrami has already played their next contest (against Park Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
