Campo Verde entered their tilt with Skyline on Thursday with nine consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with ten. They blew past Skyline, posting a 49-7 victory. That's more bragging rights for Campo Verde, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

A big part of Campo Verde's win came down to the chemistry between Izzy Pap and her top target Oakley Dobratz-Blevins. Pap threw for 133 yards and three TDs while Dobratz-Blevins picked up 114 receiving yards and one score. Dobratz-Blevins was no stranger to the big play, connecting on a big catch that went for 51 yards. Jaiyana Bogan was in the mix as well, providing Campo Verde with two touchdowns.

One reason for the win was Campo Verde's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for five sacks. The heavy lifting was done by Maddie Wilson and Zoe Uphoff, who racked up four sacks between them.

Campo Verde's record now sits at 10-1. As for Skyline, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.

Campo Verde wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 28-7 victory against Red Mountain on the 23rd. As for Skyline, they will face off against Westwood at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Coyotes will be up against the Warriors' rather soft defense (which has allowed 46.13 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
