Volleyball Recap: International Comes Up Short

International lost against Union back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Gryphons fell just short of the Rockets by a score of 3-2. While the Gryphons didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Rockets 25-21 in the first set.

International started the match hot and won the first two sets, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 21-25, 23-25, 25-23, 25-16, 15-8.

International's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Union, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

International has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Park Tudor on the 18th. As for Union, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Wes-Del on the 20th.
