Basketball Game Preview: Pleasure Ridge Park Panthers vs. Bardstown Tigers

A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Panthers challenge the Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Pleasure Ridge Park knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 13 games -- so hopefully Bardstown likes a good challenge.

Last Wednesday, Pleasure Ridge Park took their matchup with ease, bagging a 70-30 win over Shawnee. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine contests by 27 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Bardstown beat North Bullitt 61-50 on Saturday. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Pleasure Ridge Park has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 games, which provided a nice bump to their 18-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.2 points over those games. As for Bardstown, their win bumped their record up to 12-7.
