Norwell has gone 8-2 against Heritage recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Knights will take on the Patriots at 7:00 p.m. Norwell is coming into the game on a five-game losing streak.

For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last four times Norwell and Columbia City have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Friday. The Knights had to suffer through a 42-14 loss at the hands of the Eagles. While losing is never fun, the Knights can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Indiana football rankings (they are ranked 220th, while the Eagles are ranked 101st).

Meanwhile, Heritage and Jay County were almost perfectly matched up on Friday, but Heritage suffered a 15-14 loss.

Norwell will need to focus on slowing down Brady Boyle, one of several Heritage players who made an impact when they last played. He rushed for 143 yards.

Norwell's record is now 1-8. As for Heritage, their record now sits at 5-4.

Everything came up roses for Norwell against Heritage when the teams last played back in October of 2022, as the squad secured a 44-0 win. Will the Knights repeat their success, or do the Patriots have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
