Volleyball Recap: Longmeadow Now 4-1 over Last Five Games

If Frontier Regional wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Longmeadow, they should've done a better job of containing Chris Bousquet. The Lancers walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Red Hawks on Thursday with plenty of help from Bousquet, who had 24 digs. He is on a roll when it comes to digs, as he's now had 16 or more in each of the last three games he's played.

Longmeadow walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the fourth set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-19, 18-25, 25-15.

Longmeadow is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season. As for Frontier Regional, their loss dropped their record down to 5-11.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Longmeadow will face off against O'Bryant at 1:15 p.m. on Saturday. As for Frontier Regional, they will challenge Putnam Vo-Tech at 5:15 p.m. on Monday.
