Soccer Recap: Carver Starts Season with Win Against Reidsville + How To Watch

Carver had to kick off their season on the road on Monday, but they showed no ill effects. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Reidsville Rams 2-1. The game got a bit rough at times, as the refs handed out a total of four yellow cards before it was all over.

Jesse Toledo was the driving force of Carver's attack as he scored both of Carver's goals.

This is the second loss in a row for Reidsville and nudges their season record down to 2-3.

Coincidentally, Carver and Reidsville will both be playing Rockingham County the next time they take the pitch. The Rams will head out to face the Cougars at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Yellowjackets will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
