The Newberry Bulldogs are taking a road trip to square off against the Fox Creek Predators at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

If Fox Creek heads into halftime all tied up, they better play a good second half: that's when Newberry took over last week. Newberry came out on top against Saluda by a score of 3-1 on Monday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Newberry.

Meanwhile, Fox Creek can bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over Augusta E. Given Fox Creek's advantage in MaxPreps' soccer rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 109th in South Carolina, while Augusta E are ranked 396th in Georgia), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Fox Creek hit Augusta E with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Marcos Dzul, Easton Brooks, and Carter Wimberly.

Newberry's record now sits at 8-3. As for Fox Creek, their record is now 5-3.
