Olentangy Orange entered their tilt with Olentangy Liberty on Thursday with 15 consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with 16. They put the hurt on the Patriots with a sharp 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-9, 25-9.

Leading Olentangy Orange to victory were Chloe Moore and Emma Cugino. Moore had eight digs, while Cugino had 19 digs and three aces. Cugino is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last ten games she's played.

They weren't the only good servers: Olentangy Orange was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 14 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in 16 consecutive matchups.

Olentangy Orange's record now sits at 19-1. As for Olentangy Liberty, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 13-9.

Olentangy Orange wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Anthony Wayne on the 11th. As for Olentangy Liberty, after both having extra time off, they and Grove City will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:00 p.m. on the 21st.
