Soccer Recap: Layton Has No Trouble Against West Field

Layton had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the five-goal drubbing they dealt West Field on Tuesday. Everything went the Layton Lancers' way against the West Field Longhorns as the Layton Lancers made off with a 6-1 win. That five goal margin sets a new team best for the Lancers this season.

They hit West Field with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Edwin Tamoua (2), Crew Hawley (2), Logan Burton, and Isaac Kartchner.

Layton's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 3-1.
