Baseball Recap: Sunapee Takes a Loss

Franklin hit Sunapee with a four-run fourth inning on Friday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Lakers fell just short of the Tornadoes by a score of 8-7. The Lakers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Tornadoes earlier this season, when they won 10-0.

Sunapee now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Franklin, their win ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-8.
