Volleyball Recap: Lake Oswego Comes Up Short

Lake Oswego lost against Oregon City back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Lakers came up short against the Pioneers, falling 3-0. The Lakers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Lake Oswego was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Oregon City's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-21, 26-24.

Lake Oswego's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Oregon City, they pushed their record up to 10-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Lake Oswego will challenge rival Tualatin at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Oregon City is set to square off against their familiar foe Lakeridge at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
