Dunn won the last time they faced Villanova Prep and things went their way on Friday too. The Earwigs came out on top in a nail-biter against the Wildcats, sneaking past 6-5. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Earwigs.

Hudson Von Der Lieth was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. The team also got some help courtesy of Mason Hunt, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.

Dunn's victory bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Villanova Prep, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-6.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Dunn will square off against rival Santa Clara at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Villanova Prep is set to take on their familiar foe Bishop Diego at 4:00 a.m. on Monday.
