Soccer Recap: Springfield Takes a Loss

Springfield was the 2-0 winner over Delaware County Christian when they last played one another back in August of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Cougars fell 2-0 to the Knights on Monday. Springfield have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Springfield now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Delaware County Christian, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Springfield and Delaware County Christian will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Cougars are set to challenge their familiar foe Upper Darby at 6:00 p.m. on September 2. Meanwhile, Delaware County Christian will face off against rival Calvary Christian Academy at 3:30 p.m. on September 2.
