Volleyball Game Preview: Greenwood Eagles vs. Mauldin Mavericks + How To Watch

Greenwood is 0-7 against Mauldin since September of 2016 but things could change on Thursday. The Eagles will be playing at home against the Mavericks at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Greenwood lost 3-0 to Hillcrest on Tuesday.

Greenwood was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-22, 25-15.

Meanwhile, Mauldin came up short against T.L. Hanna on Tuesday and fell 3-1.

Mauldin was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made T.L. Hanna work for it, especially in the fourth set. The final score came out to 25-18, 22-25, 25-13, 26-24.

Mauldin now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Greenwood, their loss dropped their record down to 6-16.
