Brownstown Central piles up the points against Columbus East

Recap: Brownstown Central Braves vs. Columbus East Olympians
The Brownstown Central Braves put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They claimed a resounding 52-23 win over Columbus East at home. This was payback for Brownstown Central, who suffered a 61-48 defeat the last time these two teams met.
Several Olympians players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Messiah Trapp, who scored 6 points along with 5 rebounds. Makenzie Cheek was another key contributor, scoring 7 points.
Brownstown Central's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Columbus East, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Brownstown Central will take on Scottsburg at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Scottsburg will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak. Columbus East will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Bloomington North at 12:00 p.m. on November 28th. Hopefully Bloomington North focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 14 on Tuesday.
