 Sadly, the Queen's Grant Stallions are still looking for their first win of the season after 16  matchups. Their  rough  55-35 defeat to Carolina International  on Thursday might stick with them for a while. Queen's Grant was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at  34-12.
 When it comes to explaining why Queen's Grant lost, one person who can't be blamed is  Triniti Hartis. Despite the final result, she  scored 20 points. That was a full 57.1% of Queen's Grant's points, marking the fourth time in a row she's  earned more than a third of the team's points.
 Queen's Grant's loss was  their eighth straight at home, which  dropped their record down to 0-16. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's  offensive performance across that stretch, as  they only averaged 12.4 points per game. As for Carolina International, their victory  ended a 21-game drought on the road  dating back to last season and  puts them at 2-12.
 Queen's Grant will  face off against Piedmont Community Charter at 5:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Carolina International, they will look to defend their home court  on Tuesday against Valor Preparatory Academy at 5:30  p.m. Valor Preparatory Academy comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 23 points in their last three games, a trend the  team is of course eager to reverse.
