Marcus extended their winning streak to seven on Friday, bumping them up to 8-3. They blew past the O'Connor Panthers 75-52. The Marauders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 22 points or more this season.

As for O'Connor, their loss dropped their record down to 8-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat they have suffered since November 23, 2024.

O'Connor's loss came despite strong showings from Casey Chavez and Simone Pryor. Chavez posted 20 points and four steals, while Pryor shot 41% from the field on her way to 17 points and three steals.
