Soccer Recap: Dunnellon Comes Up Short

Dunnellon lost against Trinity Catholic back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Dunnellon Tigers came up short against the Trinity Catholic Celtics, falling 6-1. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Misael Gonzales, who's now up to two this season.

Dunnellon's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Trinity Catholic, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-4-2.

Dunnellon has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against North Marion on the 11th. As for Trinity Catholic, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 3-3 draw against Citrus on the 11th.
