Baseball Recap: Snyder Takes a Loss

Snyder was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They came up short against the Mountain View-Gotebo Tigers, falling 11-1. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, with their most recent loss being a 13-6 defeat two weeks ago.

Snyder's loss dropped their record down to 2-17. As for Mountain View-Gotebo, they now have a winning record of 12-11.

Looking ahead, Snyder will take on Mangum at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Tigers' pitching crew has only allowed three runs per game this season, so the Cyclones' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Mountain View-Gotebo, they will face off against Apache at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
