            For the second straight game, John Adams will face off against Richmond Hill. The Spartans will take on the Lions at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday. John Adams has given up an average of 8.9  runs per game this season, but Thursday's  game will give them a chance to turn things around.
John Adams fell victim to Richmond Hill and their airtight pitching crew  on Tuesday. They came up short against  the Lions, falling  12-0. The Spartans have struggled against the Lions recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.
For Richmond Hill's part,  Christopher Duarte and  Adrian Hernandez V made a splash no matter where they played. Throwing,  Duarte   pitched two innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits.  The  victory was  the fourth in a row for Richmond Hill, bringing their record up to 10-2-1. Those  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 8.5 runs over those games. As for John Adams, their loss dropped their record down to 4-8.
