 It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact the Jones County Coyotes can now relate to. The  matchup between them and the Tigers wasn't particularly close, with the Coyotes falling  64-47. Jones County's loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.
 Several Coyotes players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Jett Nix, who  scored 12 points along with seven  rebounds and two  steals. Another player making a difference was  Kaden Kinsley, who  scored 18 points.
 Jones County's defeat dropped their record down to 14-8. As for White River, the  win was  the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 20-2.
 Jones County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for White River, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  matchup, a  65-47  win vs. Highmore/Harrold on the 5th.
