Basketball Recap: Ninnekah Takes a Loss

Ninnekah was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 24th straight loss dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the Dibble Demons and fell 61-19. While losing is never fun, the Owls can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 461st, while the Demons are ranked 226th).

Ninnekah's defeat dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Dibble, the win got them back to even at 8-8.

Ninnekah will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Maysville at 6:30 p.m. Maysville's defense has only allowed 25.9 points per game this season, so Ninnekah's offense will have their work cut out for them. Dibble has already played their next match, a 41-27 victory against Rush Springs on the 25th.
