Basketball Game Preview: Christian Liberty Academy Canefire vs. St. Joseph Cardinals

The Christian Liberty Academy Canefire will venture away from home to face off against the St. Joseph Cardinals at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither Christian Liberty Academy nor St. Joseph posted many points in their last games, so it might be the defenses that decide this one.

Last Wednesday, Christian Liberty Academy had to suffer through a 92-29 loss at the hands of Kealakehe. The Canefire have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, St. Joseph was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss dating back to last season. They were beaten by Kea'au 63-29.

St. Joseph's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Christian Liberty Academy, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

Christian Liberty Academy was able to grind out a solid win over St. Joseph in their previous meeting back in January, winning 53-46. The rematch might be a little tougher for Christian Liberty Academy since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
