Basketball Recap: Oregon-Davis Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Oregon-Davis took on Pioneer on Saturday. The Oregon-Davis Bobcats lost 52-29 to the Pioneer Panthers. The Bobcats lost against the Panthers in their previous head to head back in February of 2020, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 68-66 score last time.

Oregon-Davis has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-7 record this season. As for Pioneer, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 10-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Oregon-Davis will head out to challenge South Central at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pioneer, they will venture away from home to take on Maconaquah at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
